Adventure Island 3

The Adventure Island 3 game for NES is the third installment in the Adventure Island series where Higgins has his girlfriend kidnapped by aliens, and he goes on dangerous adventures to save her.

The Adventure Island 3 levels represent different islands, each with its own inhabitants, nature, terrain and dangers. In order to get to his girlfriend, the main character must pass all the tests on each island and defeat the bosses. The route between the islands can be shortened or changed, a feature that makes the game more interesting.

The main character can collect various dinosaurs and fruits along the way to replenish time and lives, as well as throw weapons. Dinosaurs in the game occupy a separate role - the role of transport and weapons at the same time. Each island has its own kind of dinosaurs with distinct characteristics and the dinosaurs can be found in eggs. There is a flying dinosaur (Pterodactyl), there is a floating one, and there are land dinosaurs too.

There's new weapon in Adventure Island III, a boomerang, and a new dinosaur with three horns. Unlike the previous installments of the game, Adventure Island 3 allows players to fight bosses on top of the dinosaur.
