Here you can run around the locations and fight ghosts, drive a car, as well as the statue of liberty on the last level. The player has to control two characters at once, which can be chosen at the beginning of the game. One character shoots ghosts with a blaster and the other throws a trap.

The game received mixed reviews from critics when it was released, with many pointing out flaws such as poor graphics and music. Overall, Ghostbusters 2 is not a bad action game, at least, it is much better than the first part and deserves the attention of ghostbusters fans.
