Battletoads & Double Dragon is the sequel to one of the best NES toad games Battletoads. This time, the toads team up with the double dragon team of Billy and Jimmy to confront the Dark Queen.

In the game's plot, the Dark Queen has decided to avenge her previous defeat and heads to Earth with other villains (bosses) to destroy her. It's not an easy road for Toad and his partner to travel in order to defeat the bosses and reach the queen.

Battletoads & Double Dragon has five characters to choose from and can be played in two-player mode. There are seven levels, each of which is further subdivided. At the end of each level is to fight the boss. As a weapon, like in the previous part of the heroes spolzuut their own limbs, as well as the underhand objects that can and throw at the enemies.

The game has been critically and gamerically acclaimed and is one of the best games on the NES console.
