Zippy Race

The NES game, Zippy Race or "Fun Race", is an arcade motorcycle racing platformer developed in Japan and later re-released in the United States and Europe, as "MotoRace USA" and "Traverse USA". The game was originally developed for arcade machines, and later on to many other platforms.

The plot, as such, in Zippy Race there is no, the player must overcome five tracks on a racing motorcycle, which provide for different locations: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston and others. Each level is divided into two parts, in the first you have to drive with a view from above and overtake opponents, bypassing puddles and other obstacles. In the second stage the view of the race occurs from behind and in it you must dodge the rushing into the meeting cars.

On passing levels in Zippy Race there is a certain amount of time, and in addition, there is a scale of fuel, which also issued in a certain amount on the passage of the level and the completion of the stage is replenished. Tracks in the game are diverse, they have forks, looping sections and obstacles. After passing all five tracks the game starts anew, but with a more powerful motorcycle and more difficult tracks. Zippy Race has a two-player mode, which makes it even more appealing to all fans of the genre.
