The game for NES Pac-Man or "Pac-Man", is an arcade platformer, which was originally, in 1980, was released in Japan on arcades, and already in 1984 was re-released on other platforms.
The Pac-Man game needs no introduction, it is known to absolutely everyone who had a NES as a child, because Pac-Man was present on almost all the cartridges that came with the new console. The player's task is to eat all the dots in the maze without encountering wandering ghosts and collecting bonuses in the form of fruit. The game has a total of two hundred and fifty-six levels, with each level the game becomes more difficult. Until level twenty-one, Pac-Man moves faster than the ghosts, but after that level the ghosts begin to move faster than the main character.
From the small points in the maze, which Pac-Man must eat, there are also large, having eaten one of them, all the ghosts for a certain time becomes uezvimy and they too can be eaten, earning points. After eating the ghosts reappear in the central room. The game has a two-player mode where you can take turns competing for points.
The last level of Pac-Man has a bug, the developers didn't think anyone would be able to pass the game, so they were unaware of this flaw. The bug is represented by the incomplete maze display, i.e. the left part is displayed normally, but the right part is distorted and you can see only colored letters and numbers.
