The NES game Kid Klown in Night Mayor World, or simply "Kid Klown," is an arcade platformer developed in 1993 for the NES. The game is a remade version of Mickey Mouse 3: Dream Balloon, which was released only in Japan, in 1992.

In the plot of Kid Klown, Kid the Clown and his family are about to perform at the circus, but before the show Kid meets a wizard, the Night Mayor, who asks him to help dig up a treasure vault. Kid has heard stories from his parents about an evil wizard who is not to be messed with, so he refuses the request. After receiving a refusal, the wizard kidnaps Kid's family and transports them to his magical world, Kid does not hesitate to go after him to save his loved ones.

The gameplay of Kid Klown is classic for games of this genre, the main character can run, jump and bend. As a weapon against enemies, Kid uses balloons that he can inflate and throw. In total there are seven levels in the game, at the end of each level the player expects bonus level as well as the battle with the boss.
