DuckTales 2

The DuckTales 2 game for NES is an arcade-platformer and is a continuation of the first part. The game is based on the famous Disney cartoon series of the same name and was released on two platforms - NES and Gameboy.

As in the first part, the plot focuses on the adventures of the richest male character, named Scrooge McDuck, who also travels through the various corners of the world in search of treasures for his collection. Travels hero on his plane, under the control of the pilot - Zigzag Mokryaka, as his nephews accompany him - Willie, Dilly and Billy. During the game, the nephews help Scrooge to solve any puzzles, tell him where to find any object, etc.

As with the first part of the game, DuckTales 2 starts with level selection. The player can choose any destination out of five, and the game also has a secret level and a short final level. The available locations are: Egypt, Niagara Falls, Bermuda, Scotland and the mysterious island. Scrooge uses his cane as a weapon, which attacks the enemies by jumping on top of them. You can use the cane not only to destroy enemies, but also to hit and move objects.

In general, DuckTales 2 is similar to the first game, with the same pleasant gameplay, new locations and improved graphics. Due to the fact that it was released in 1993, when new platforms were appearing and the NES era was passing into oblivion, this game had a rather low sale and was not as enthusiastically received as the first part.
